Brian Anderson – President and Chief Operating Officer, Vice Chairman of the Board

Brian Anderson is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Logicorp Enterprises.  He is responsible for oversight of the accounting and finance functions as well as business development and technology.  Brian co-led the transaction that resulted in the partnership with Logicorp Enterprises in 2017. Prior to joining Logicorp, he spent 10 years at GF Capital Management and Advisors as a Director, and was responsible for originating new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence on new business opportunities, structuring transactions, and working with GF Capital portfolio companies. Prior to joining GF Capital, Brian was a Senior Vice President with Mansueto Ventures, a venture firm that owns and operates business themed websites and monthly periodicals, where he was responsible for the firm’ s new venture initiatives. Prior to Mansueto Ventures, he was a Vice President and Head of Business Development at CNBC, NBC’s business-centric cable network. He began his career as an investment banker, having the roles of Vice President in the Media and Entertainment Group at RBC Capital Markets and Associate at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Mr. Anderson has earned a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana University. Mr. Anderson has served as a member of the board of directors at Bite Tech, Inc and i-1 Biometrics.  He is currently Vice Chairman of Logicorp’s board of directors.

James Collins –  Executive Vice Chairman of the Board

James Collins is Managing Partner of Eastwood Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity firm focused on middle market investments in consumer and business service industries. James co-led the transaction that resulted in the partnership with Logicorp Enterprises in 2017 and is actively involved in the management of the business.  He has seventeen years of private equity experience in the lower middle market, with a concentration on consumer product and retail brand and business service companies.  Collins has also held roles at other private equity firms, including Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill, & Co., a $1.4 billion consumer and business service focused private equity firm, and Roark Capital Group, a $6 billion consumer, business service and environmental service focused private equity firm.  He started his career as an associate consultant at Bain & Company.  Collins holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Howard University.  Mr. Collins has served as a member of the board of directors of numerous corporate and nonprofit boards of directors including: Corner Bakery Cafe; Wingstop Restaurants; TowerCo (developer, owner and lessor of communication towers); Atlantic Marine; Tooling Tech Group; Convergent Resources (provider of outsourced Accounts Receivable management services); AmeriFactors Financial Group; Things Remembered; Airxcel; Totes Isotoner; Doane Pet Care; and B&G Foods. He is a member of the board of directors of Points of Light, the world’s largest organization dedicated to volunteer service. Mr. Collins is Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Logicorp Enterprises.

Johnny Taylor – Chairman of the Board

Johnny Taylor is the Chairman of the Board of Logicorp Transportation.

Named one of the “Power 100” by Ebony Magazine in its list of the 100 most influential African Americans a year after assuming the role of President and CEO, Johnny C. Taylor, Jr. leads the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), the only national organization representing nearly 300,000 students attending this country’s 47 publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). With approximately 80% of all HBCU students attending TMCF member-schools, Mr. Taylor leads an organization responsible for providing this country a robust and diverse pipeline of talented workers and future leaders.

Immediately prior to assuming the presidency of TMCF in 2010, Mr. Taylor worked as a senior executive for IAC/InterActiveCorp – first as its Senior Vice President of Human Resources and then as the President & CEO of one of IAC’s operating subsidiaries. Before joining IAC, Mr. Taylor’s career spanned nearly 15 years as Litigation Partner and President of the human resources consulting business for the McGuireWoods law firm; Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for Compass Group USA; General Counsel & Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Viacom’s Paramount Pictures Live Entertainment Group; and Associate General Counsel & Vice President of Human Resources for Blockbuster Entertainment Group.

Mr. Taylor, an Isaac Bashevis Singer Scholar and honors graduate of the University of Miami, went on to earn a Master of Arts With Honors from Drake University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence With Honors from the Drake Law School, where he served as Research Editor of the Drake Law Review and argued on the National Moot Court Team. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Illinois, and Washington, DC.

Mr. Taylor, who currently serves on the corporate board of Gallup, a leader in organizational consulting and public opinion research, also volunteers his time to several not-for-profit boards, including serving as: Former Chairman of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), one of the world’s largest professional associations with 250,000 members in over 100 countries; a member of the National Board of Directors of the YMCA; and a member of the Board of Trustees of The Cooper Union, one of the nation’s oldest institutions of higher learning, dedicated exclusively to preparing students for the professions of art, architecture, and engineering. He is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Mr. Taylor will become the CEO of the Society For Human Resource Management in November 2017.
